Rezatec’s Dam Monitoring product has been awarded a Silver ‘Stevie’ trophy by the 2022 Stevie Awards in the Emerging Technology category.
The company’s geospatial AI product was praised by judges, who include some of the world’s most respected executives, entrepreneurs and innovators. Speaking about Rezatec’s ‘Dam Monitoring’ they said: “An innovative solution that addresses threats posed by the mercurial climate change effects on our infrastructure, and consequently, our lives.”
More than 3,700 nominations from organisations of all sizes in 71 nations were submitted this year for consideration in hundreds of categories, from PR Innovation to Information Technology, Marketing Campaigns, and more.
Speaking about the Silver Award, Rezatec Head of Product, Camilla Braithwaite, said: “Our Stevie award is recognition of the impact satellite-powered dam monitoring technology can have on dam owners, regulators and public safety. The success we have had since launch is down to a combination of our value-driven approach to product development and education of the market. At Rezatec we are focused on transforming how customers work for the better, so we are pleased to be recognised by the judges as an innovator and ground-breaker when it comes to climate-tackling technologies.”
A spin-off of the International Business Awards, The Stevie Awards are one of the world’s premier business accolades. They were created in 2002 to honor and generate public recognition of the achievements and positive contributions of organisations and working professionals worldwide. In short, ‘the Stevie’ has become one of the world’s most coveted prizes. There are eight Stevie Awards programs, each with its own focus, list of categories, and schedule. Together they receive more than 12,000 nominations each year.
